The
official travel agent for the conference hotel reservations
is Viagens Abreu. The reservation of hotels must be made
through this local travel agency, in order to take advantage
of the reduced prices. All hotel inquires should be direct

Hotel Accommodations
A block
room reservation is provided at the Hotel Tivoli
Carvoeiro, the official hotel for the conference and
conference site, for the convenience of the participants
and are to be assigned on first-come first-served basis.

Procedure for Hotel Reservations and Payment
Hotel reservations
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodation should
complete the relevant parts of the
Hotel Reservation Form
- On line booking. Total prepayment of accommodation must accompany this
Application Form. We advise you to
reserve as soon as possible.
Personal extras (mini-bar, phone calls, ...) shall be paid
directly at the hotel's reception, while doing the check
out.
Deposit refund policy
All
cancellations/amendments must be done in written to the
e-mail HDesiderio.lisboa@abreu.pt. In the event of hotel cancellations, your
deposit will be refunded after deducting bank
charge/commission and the following cancellation charges:

Untill March 31st : 90% of refund will be done
- From April 1st to April 29th : 50% of refund will
be done
- From April 30st to May 13th : 20% of refund will be
done
- After May 14th : no refund will be done

Payment
Payment of hotel should be made in Euros in the form of
credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners
are accepted) or bank remittance (all costs at transmitter's
charge). If you make payment by bank transfer, please send a
copy of the bank receipt with the Application Form.
